I'm not here to overhype anything.
Here's what the studies actually showed, and why it gave me real hope:
In a 2009 human study led by Dr. Yanaka and a team at Johns Hopkins, people with H. pylori took sulforaphane-rich broccoli sprouts daily for 8 weeks. Their H. pylori markers dropped more than 40% and inflammation markers improved too. The placebo group saw no change.
Lab research from Johns Hopkins in 2002 also showed sulforaphane can help even with antibiotic-resistant strains.
Even after the bacteria is gone, researchers are now seeing how sulforaphane supports the stomach lining's natural repair process long after the infection is cleared. It helps turn that Nrf2 switch back on so your body can finally start healing the way it was designed to.
I didn't believe it at first either.
But when nothing else had worked, I tried it and for the first time in nearly a year, my mornings started to feel normal again. That hope is what I want for you too.
